+ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! You can select shipping for North American and Europe through the website. For all other locations, please contact us for a shipping quote.

+ Do you accept returns or refunds?
We are not currently accepting returns, but we do offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all our of candles. We understand that it's hard to buy a candle online without the physical experience of smelling and holding it. Refunds cover the cost of the product, but not shipping, and must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds cannot be issues for gift cards.
+ How do I trim the wood wick?
I recommend using a wick trimmer (get our Matte Black Wick Trimmer), but if you don't have one, I find nail clippers work better than scissors for a clean cut.
+ What do I do if my flame is too high?
Your wick is too tall— trim your wick between 1/8" and 1/4".
+ What do I do if my wick won't stay lit?
Your wick may be either too tall, or, much too short. Aim for 1/8 - 1/4".
+ What are your candles made of? Are they vegan?
Our candles are made with a paraffin-free coconut-soy wax blend that is super long-burning. Our candles are phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and vegan where noted (most of them!).
+ Do you give samples?
Yes! We include some tea light samples with all of our orders, but if you would like to try a specific fragrance, let us know in the notes/comments on your order!
+ Do you sell wholesale?
At the moment, we're not taking on any other retailers.
